Empire West Title Agency was melded from two Arizona companies, Westland Title Agency, a 2001 start-up, and Empire Title Agency, which began in 2003. They joined forces in 2008 to form Empire West Title Agency, an organization which has grown to the 11th largest title operation in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Empire West has nine escrow branches in Maricopa County and a trustee sales division. It has title operations in the counties of Maricopa, Pinal, Mojave and Coconino. Title searches may be obtained from all other Arizona counties on a referral basis.
